This energy bar recipe is easy and delicious. Great for breakfasts and snacks on the go. Feel free to customize and add other ingredients like almonds or dried fruits.

3. Ingredients:

☐ 2 cups (200 g) rolled oats
☐ 1 cup (100 g) chopped walnuts
☐ 1/2 cup (125 g) applesauce, unsweetened
☐ 1/2 cup (80 g) chocolate chips
☐ 1/2 cup (160 ml) agave nectar
☐ 1 teaspoon (5 ml) vanilla extract
☐ 1/4 tsp. (1.5 g) Kosher salt
☐ cooking oil spray

2. Procedure:

1. Preheat your oven to 350 F. Line a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with foil or parchment paper.
2. Mix the oats, walnuts, applesauce, chocolate chips, agave nectar, and vanilla extract together in a large bowl.
3. Press the energy bar mixture firmly into the prepared baking pan.
4. Bake for about 20 minutes. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
