3. Ingredients:

☐ 1/2 cup (50 g) coconut flour
☐ 1/2 cup (60 g) soy protein powder, vanilla flavor
☐ 1/4 cup (40 g) ground flaxseeds ☐ 1 teaspoon (2 g) ground cinnamon
☐ 1/4 teaspoon (0.5 g) ground nutmeg
☐ 1/4 teaspoon (0.5 g) ground cloves
☐ 1/4 teaspoon (1.5 g) gluten-free baking soda
☐ 1/4 teaspoon (1.5 g) sea salt
☐ 3/4 cup (85 g) shredded carrots
☐ 1/4 cup (30 g) seedless raisins
☐ 1/4 cup (80 ml) honey
☐ 2 tablespoon (30 g) coconut butter, melted

2. Procedure:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 F and line a 9-inch baking pan with foil or parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. Combine the coconut flour, soy protein powder, flaxseeds, spices, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl. 3. Add the carrots, raisins, honey, and coconut butter. Mix until combined well.
  3. Transfer into the prepared baking pan
